CANCELLATIONS/NO-SHOWS Appointments must be rescheduled with a 24 hour notice. If clients are 20 minutes late without notice, are considered a "no-show". All no-shows will be charged 50% of service. - If you reschedule within less than a 24-hour notice, the existing deposit will not be applied to your next appointment. RESCHEDULING Please reschedule within 24 hours before your appointment. The deposit for the initial appointment can be transferred to your new appointment and is Only allowed Once. LATE POLICY Please arrive on time to your appointment to ensure enough time for the service. Please message me if you will be arriving late. If you are more than 20 minutes late without notice, you will be considered a no show and will be automatically charged 50% of the service charge. Refunds Booking fees are nonrefundable. They are applied to your overall service costs. Refunds for service will Not be provided under any circumstance at any time for any reason. I do my absolute best to ensure satisfactory results.
